Critical Illness coverage through Voya pays a lump-sum benefit if you are diagnosed with a covered disease or condition.

What's included

  • Guaranteed Issue Coverage (no medical questions)
  • Employee: $5,000 - $20,000 in $5,000 increments
  • Spouse: $5,000 or $10,000
  • Child(ren): $1,000, $2,500, $5,000, or $10,000 not to exceed 50% of employee benefit
